All the way from the deep green sea, British ingredients make your mouth feel just like heaven. A lullaby of hops and malt make you feel like writing a lovesong. Maybe on a Friday? Alright, enough references. Made with all East Kent Golding hops, this beer has notes of honey, citrus, and lavender. The bitterness is complimented by a malty backbone from Kent’s fellow Englishmen, Marris Otter Pale malts. Cannot confirm or deny the presence of Robert Smith’s tears.

Using Whiner’s house Saison yeast, light notes of coriander, white grapes, and lemon compliment the European malts. Plum and Elderflower add a subtle tea and juice surprise at the end. Don’t forget to pour one out for our little Roscoe Village homie.
